She truly cares about making your stay is the best. She’s is a driving force that is the backbone for her hotel. She checks you in she cooks you breakfast and cleans your room. She is nothing short of amazing. It’s on a side street so quiet and close to everything. Enjoy your stay!”

“This is a great place to stay in ninh binh, their rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast is good, there was an annoying family with a bunch of kids that ruined the whole place, but it wasn't their fault and without them the place was wonderful. “Resort is located along a beautiful lake and opposite a mountain. Great location if you are fan of nature. Hotel manager Anna was extremely helpful when I contacted her via Zalo. She arranged a driver for my day trip to 3 location at a reasonable price and was attentive to my needs. There is some improvements required for this hotel such as breakfast, but overall a beautiful place to stay. As this is near nature, not for the faint hearted for small tiny harmless insects in the room. Picture is……

“I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. ”
