“Our stay was wonderful. The service at the restaurant in the lobby wasn’t as good as we’d have liked. The food and service at Aunt Chilada’s was amazing. We loved the oasis water park and the staff there. The grounds are beautiful and we felt very safe tucked away on the property. It’s very well taken care of. We would come again!”

“This is a resort that has very high potential for being excellent. It IS, however, in the need of several improvements: The rooms are outdated and need updates, including new front doors and updated showers and baths. The gym is excellent and well-cared for, but the adjacent "spa" is incredibly dangerous with a slippery floor waiting for an accident to happen. What a shame if someone falls and breaks a limb or ends up suing this great hotel. The steam room was out of service and the sauna……

They were very accommodating and we had a flight delay so they stored our luggage and we had access to the pool and a transfer room where we could shower and store our luggage in lockers.
