“This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped……

“This property was absolutely beautiful, modern and clean! Everything from checkin/checkout (super easy!) to reporting previous property damages to staff ( there were marks on the stairs and walls, top of second fl staircase a lose metal rod and toilet tissue holder slightly detached from wall) was top tier. It accommodated our group of ladies and was near everything we needed to get to. The only slight thing was the train at night. But other than that we have decided ,whenever in town, to stay……
