“The house had plenty of room for our group to spread out. No worries about waiting on bathrooms and lots of seating in the living room and at the dining table for playing board games. Most of all the kitchen had everything we needed for making our own meals even though it only took us 10 minutes to walk to the village for shopping. I would say the walk back up the hill was more exercise than i had planned.”

“This is property is excellent condition except two things: - We wish they have food wrap and foil wrap - Air-conditioning of the room on the second floor does not work, so it is quite hot up there The rest is no complaints. We all love this property.”

“This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. “Hunter's Retreat is such a comfortable, clean, and lovely home to get away to. Everything that we needed was provided for us and my family had a great time walking down memory lane watching a few of the home's classic movies that are available to watch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with every serving/cooking/kitchen item one might need. The home is located super close to the zoo and not far from many restaurants and the downtown village area. The neighborhood was……

“The property was decent and so was the neighborhood. The cabin was cute. I loved the closed in backyard. The cabin was clean just dated. Steep stairway, so be careful with little ones. The master bed sleeps horribly. Please upgrade the mattress. Overall, a decent spot. ”
