“Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Gave credit for a days resort fee due to uncleanliness in the bathroom. Little things like a broken toilet paper holder, long hair on floor in the corners of the bathroom and lounge area, little drawer space for a week long stay unless you live out of your luggage? Struggling to put suitcases into our rental car, the staff just watched at 5:15 a.m. !!”

“A large, beautiful resort that requires a lot of walking. Some may prefer a smaller, more intimate experience but we came to appreciate the elegance for the size. We loved being able to hear the lovely performance of the guitarist/vocalist floating out on the evening air across the pools and gardens to serve two restaurants as well as the evening swimmers and strollers.”

“Wonderful customer service! The property is slightly outdated inside. It needs a little love! The restaurant wasn’t that great but the views and beach access was terrific! ”

“We only stayed one night but it worked well for us. We were renting a house in Hanalei and spent a day at the Waimea Canyon and went whale watching from Port Allen the next day so it was a convenient location to do those things plus snorkel at Poipu beach without having to drive back and forth multiple days in a row. The staff was amazing at both Lava’s and Rumfire, and the front desk were very welcoming. Great bathroom products and a super comfortable bed!”

“这次是带着父母和孩子入住了五晚。前两天在一直在酒店里阳光海岸沙滩，虽然气温有点低，但是也能在加热的泳池里玩玩水。这里沙滩不大，仅供酒店客人使用，所以人不多，私密性很好。房间有配套完整的厨房（微波炉、烤箱、锅碗瓢盆）以及洗衣机和烘干机，很适合长住一段时间。最赞的还是它的位置，对面就是很大的safeway超市，可以买到各种生活用品，对我们一大家子人来说，简直太方便了。而且这里处于南北线的正中间，去哪里都不会太远”

“Beautiful boutique hotel with a relaxing vibe. All staff team members were great and very accomodating to all of our needs. Would like to especially applaud Dawn at the front desk, night shift . We didn't quite change over to the time zone and she was such a delight in the early morning hours, even grabbing coffee for me before Normal Cafe hours . A true delight was an invitation for wine tasting by the lovely owners and their children . These special touches sealed the deal for us, we will……
