“Terrible check in/out service, especially terrible valet parking service. They are not helpful at all when you arrive late and leave early. Absolutely won't choose again.”

“This hotel felt like an oasis in the city to me. As a native Philadelphian, I so enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and enjoying the amenities of this welcoming hotel experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed. Ignacio, Janae, Jamal, and Jess all demonstrated superlative customer service skills. I didn't lack for anything during my stay and will definitely be back!”

“My only complain would be that check in was a bit confusing and bc of roadworks it was a bit difficult to enter the property. Otherwise it was fantastic and will stay here again if I come back to Philly! ”

“It was a lot of dogs there but otherwise it was an excellent day. Rooms was a good size. Nice and clean. I have forgotten my shampoo and I loved it that they hit shampoo conditioner. Thank you I’ll be coming back.”

“It was wonderful to stay here! We stayed in their 2bd 2bt option and it comfortably fit all six of us. This location is right next to a rail way, so it could be used as white noise for some but could keep others up all night. I enjoy hearing the train, but it was an issue for one person. The parking is an issue if not taken into account, but that's more on the city itself than Stay Cozy. All in all a great stay, but would advise to research the area if you're not familiar!”
