“Not first time here. Receptionist Valeria was very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the waiter mr.Panicos. Suddenly ,not all staff like this in hotel. Manager should do something about this. Such behavior is not acceptable towards hotel guests. Service should be accompanied by a smile and quality ! There is rudeness at the pool bar. These people have no desire to work. “We just had a week here and could not fault anything , very clean hotel and accommodation, I read on reviews about needing modernisation, the rooms used to be self catering but aren’t now so yes the kitchen area is a little outdated but can’t see how that affects your holiday, I also read the food was cold and repetitive, well we didn’t find this once and loved the food, I think people just moan for the sake of moaning.
