“We arrived at the condo in the evening to find that it had not been cleaned. The rental company arranged to have it cleaned, but we were not able to get in until about 11:00 PM. We soon noticed that one of the sliding doors did not lock. It was too late to have it fixed, but this made for a very uncomfortable night as my husband and I were extremely worried that someone would walk right into the condo. I informed the rental company about this the next morning when I called to report that we were……

“The location, amenities and view are really what saved this vacation. Walked into filthy carpets (which I give kudos to Resort Realty for getting them cleaned Tuesday!) broken furniture, dirty Upholstered furniture, very dated, hole in wall, needed painting, shower stall dirty looked like it was original in one of the bathrooms, broken hook so no place to hang towels in one bathroom, exhaust fans And ceiling fans dusty, glass table so smeared it looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. “We stayed in late September. Crowds were gone but the weather was beautiful! The water was perfect! This house is perfectly situated with great views of the bay and gorgeous sunsets! The house is very comfortable and has everything we needed to enjoy the week! Short drive to stores and restaurants and short drive to the tourist attractions. Would definitely stay again! The owner responded to all questions quickly and was very pleasant. Great experience overall!”
