“This rental was a perfect for a family gathering weekend. We had many family members in town for the weekend and our beach house was going to be crowded. We rented this property for us and another couple. It was the perfect place to escape to for some peace and quiet. Easy to get to many amenities, including the bike path and the Lewes Dart terminal which we used to avoid traffic going into Rehoboth. The property was exactly how it was described and the owners communicated clearly and answered……

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious & close to the beaches. House has a great layout for all to have privacy but yet enjoy together. A few items we highly recommend-use shorter door codes. Management was very responsive via text, but we could never remember the extremely long code to get in. (Alot of rentals will use the renters phone number etc). Stock the kitchen with a full set of pots & pans. There was No cookware to make pasta for a family of 4, as an example. Only 1……

“This is a very comfortable condo. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable bed and a kitchen equipped with the basics. The owners have to many details (nightlights, carbon monoxide detector, some things for children (pack and play), supply of local coffee, patio table, and 2 bikes.It is walking distance to downtown and the canal.”

“Great size house there was 7 of us. it was a holiday week so we wanted to be close enough to the beach area but still have a place where we felt like we could relax and unwind after. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Nice big couch so we could watch movies in the evening as a family.”
