“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting……

“We loved this place! It was a bit but you get a lot … private pool, hot tub and game room were awesome. It is nestled in a quiet pretty development. Teens were entertained by pool table, ping pong and Horseshoe pit outside. There was a fire pit for s’mores. There was enough to do in a short stay. State park, beach, downtown all within minutes of the rental. My only complaints were minor. Sheets and towels (extra tp) aren’t supplied…which was a hassle. Locks were tricky and I wasn’t a fan of……
