“We have been coming to Lewes beach all our lives. The owner did a fabulous job renovating the house & it has become a very functional rental. Beautiful kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, convenient location. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had 5 adults with us and we stayed here comfortably. We aren’t used to bringing our own linens but a quick run to walmart work out well. One of the beds upstairs wasn’t very comfortable for a couple but could be great for kids or a solo person. Garage with beach goodies was a plus. The AC wasn’t turned on so it was hot when we arrived but it cooled by the late evening. We’d love to work with this property again, thanks for having us!”

“We have stayed a few places in Lewes, and we all agree that this one is the best! The location is key - teen nephews were able to walk to ice cream and a toy store for a basketball (for the surprise hoop out back), our 3yo was able to go on walks to ice cream and shopping without a stroller, the beach was a five minute drive away (particularly key if you only have an hour for a quick beach trip), and the adults finally visited the shops we'd driven by for years and wanted to see! The property……

“We usually rent homes 3-4 a year as away to gather with our families together , first time I stayed anywhere that did not provide toilet paper, soap , paper towels , sheets or towels. I know it is stayed in the agreement that was sent - so I was informed but just will probably keep us from renting again - also front door lock was broken and trim kept falling off the stairs. Not a big deal”
