“Had a great stay here. Very walkable location with coffee shop, vast dining options, and nightlife all just a short stroll away. The beach is a quick 10-12 minute walk from residence to the boards. I’ll look forward to staying here again in the future.”

“There were four of us two adults and two teenagers and two dogs and it accommodated us perfectly. I loved the touches of the outside shower and foot washing stations at the entrance to each of the decks. The gates were a huge Plus as well so the dogs could go out on the deck and I didn't have to worry about them. It was a short trek to the beach and we had it almost all to ourselves. The owner was accommodating as was the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved everything about it! The house/property was amazing and everything provided (from fully functional kitchen, to beach toys to linens!). This is our 2nd time staying in this community and all the residents are always welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed rescuing Horseshoe Crabs every morning. The only things was we thought one room had a queen bed. Maybe some updates to descriptions and photos to to VRBO page :-) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, and any feedback for us……

“This house was an excellent getaway after spending long days at Sports at the Beach. It was quiet and relaxing and even my 11 year old said he enjoyed it. The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. My 6 year old loved to see the deer and babies in the yard. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to have a quiet getaway while still being close to plenty to do. ”

“Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view. “This is a perfect place for a mixed generation family trip!! We had 2 generations of family and comfortable for all. Amazing location to the stores and to downtown rehoboth. Pool was loved by all even my mom who is not a pool girl. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans and basic necessities we needed for the first couple nights. We will absolutely be back next year! ”
