“The property itself was a small cottage. Very clean and part of a large rental development. However, it was very difficult to find. The map was not helpful and signage is very poor. Additional fees to have access to amenities such as tennis( which we did not use since we only stayed one night ) was not disclosed until after booking. This is unacceptable!”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful! Great condo with all the comforts of home! Perfect location with ocean view! We really enjoyed the screened in porch so much! It’s an amazing property! “This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. “The place was nice. Good location. Common/living area is a little small. They advertise that it sleeps 10 but you have to pay extra for guests 5-10 - or they won't unlock the upstairs (3rd floor) room (the rooms on the second floor have double/queen beds, upstairs has bunk beds and a double bed). I had 5 guests so I paid for one extra but had my daughter's friend not joined us, this would not have worked for my family of 4 as my teenaged son and daughter would not have shared a bed and I……

“We stayed wi the my in laws and it was beautiful and close to Rehobeth boardwalk. Property owner was very quick to reply or answer any questions we had. Only problem is we did not know it was on 2nd floor and my in laws have mobility issues but we made it work. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“I cannot say enough about the amazing location, cleanliness, comfort and hospitality of the host (Alex) in this wonderful condo! We booked the condo initially to enjoy a nice Father's Day weekend my extending our time down in DE for my son's baseball tournament nearby. Other commitments came up, so we did not get to enjoy the beach and area as much as we may have liked to, but the condo was the one highlights of an otherwise hectic trip.Check-in was smooth and easy- Alex sent instructions……
