“This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. The back deck is screened in over looking marsh lands. It's quiet and peaceful. Bethany Beach is a short drive away, as well as activities, restaurants, and grocery stores. Ocean City, MD is……

“The place was nice. Good location. Common/living area is a little small. They advertise that it sleeps 10 but you have to pay extra for guests 5-10 - or they won't unlock the upstairs (3rd floor) room (the rooms on the second floor have double/queen beds, upstairs has bunk beds and a double bed). I had 5 guests so I paid for one extra but had my daughter's friend not joined us, this would not have worked for my family of 4 as my teenaged son and daughter would not have shared a bed and I……

Cindy is an amazing and attentive host who offers a beautifully decorated, clean and spacious place to relax and call home for a few days. “We stayed wi the my in laws and it was beautiful and close to Rehobeth boardwalk. Property owner was very quick to reply or answer any questions we had. Only problem is we did not know it was on 2nd floor and my in laws have mobility issues but we made it work. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

We booked the condo initially to enjoy a nice Father's Day weekend my extending our time down in DE for my son's baseball tournament nearby. Other commitments came up, so we did not get to enjoy the beach and area as much as we may have liked to, but the condo was the one highlights of an otherwise hectic trip.Check-in was smooth and easy- Alex sent instructions……
