“Came to Cape May last minute over Labor Day. Loved this hotel and the area. My one beef is that the hotel charged a separate cleaning fee as part of our VRBO booking. They didn’t identify this as a hotel in the listing. When I questioned the desk clerk, she said it was VRBO. VRBO said it’s the hotel. Emailed the contact at the facility and haven’t heard anything back in over 10 days.”

“Very clean upon arrival. Great location for walking to town and beach. Lafayette was pretty busy with traffic the entire stay. The street noise was not a problem inside the house. Barbara, the property manager/contact was very responsive with a number of questions we had leading up to the stay.”

“We had a generally good time. Can't beat the location - just steps from both the beach and the downtown Cape May. We felt the house itself could use an update - furniture is old and worn. Kitchen was well done. We enjoyed that there was a heated pool. However, the pool water was not heated. The heating mechanism was not working properly - and although we asked about it on our first day, the technicians to fix the heater did not come until the last day of our vacation. Overall I……
