“Beautiful, clean well-equipped condo. Four bedrooms four and a half bath. Games, bikes, beach chairs and ping pong. We loved the hot tub and the views from all the decks. Starboard is located at the end of the block and the beach is steps away. Julie was very prompt and available to answer any questions or concerns. We loved this place. 5 stars!”

“We had a family gathering (9 people) and this cottage was a great location. Plenty of bedrooms, great front porch. The layout is a little quirky in terms of the bathroom location(s) and kitchen layout. Overall a great stay. Management company was accommodating and easy to work with. House was clean upon arrival.”

“We had a wonderful week here. We loved the big room with windows on the beach and the swooping and calling gulls. We saw a pod of dolphins going by once. It's a calm, quiet beach, great for walking and exploring. The fenced yard was a gift for our dogs, who love being outside whenever possible.Prime Hook Beach is a small residential community -- I walked every inch of it several times with the dogs. :-) We've stayed in Lewes in the past, and so drove there a couple times to visit our favorite……

“Great, large house that easily accommodated 8 of us adults. Standout features included a well stocked kitchen, a large and comfortable living area on the first floor, two back decks, one being screened in, and each bedroom having its own bathroom. Location is about a half mile from the beach and essentially adjacent to Rehoboth Ave, so an easy walk to retail and restaurants, but would probably require a car to get all your stuff to the beach.
