“This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. The house is fully stocked with anything and everything you could ask for. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub is very relaxing. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs too. Our group enjoyed some evenings in making dinner and playing games and doing puzzles. We also loved sitting on the beach watching birds and……

“The property has some quirks and could use some updating. Ultimately it served are needs and there were all sorts of great things on site like kayaks. The view is what makes the property. There is nothing like watching the sun rise over the beach with your coffee. We had a great time and would recommend this place for a getaway. ”

“Absolutely loved this new home. The location was so peaceful and the great to attend a tournament at the DE Sports Complex. The owners thought of everything and had it all there on site (wood for fire pit, grill, towels, corn hole, etc.). Will stay here in the future if tournaments bring us up to this area again. ”

“A group of eight visited for 4 days. House worked well. Views are great and everything we needed was available. Short trips to various activities including a winery, a tour of Dogfish Head brewery and some great breakfast and dinner places. Small issue but was solved very quickly. Owners are very responsive. ”

Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!”
