“We had such a great experience staying at Jessica's property on the 4th of July weekend. Jessica warmly greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. The location is very picturesque and relaxing, and the property itself is amazing. Jessica designed the property with comfort in mind, and every aspect of it has something unique and memorable. We highly recommend this property for those seeking a relaxing location directly on the beach,……

“What a beautiful and super clean home. Communication with the host made everything more enjoyable and pleasant. Host thought of everything possible that we could need and then some. The rooms were beautifully decorated and looked like right out of a magazine. There were extra blankets and pillows in every room. The kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. It was such a pleasure to relax in this home. If you want to fish or crab, they are kind enough to lend you their fishing and crabbing……

“There were four of us two adults and two teenagers and two dogs and it accommodated us perfectly. I loved the touches of the outside shower and foot washing stations at the entrance to each of the decks. The gates were a huge Plus as well so the dogs could go out on the deck and I didn't have to worry about them. It was a short trek to the beach and we had it almost all to ourselves. The owner was accommodating as was the property manager. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved everything about it! The house/property was amazing and everything provided (from fully functional kitchen, to beach toys to linens!). This is our 2nd time staying in this community and all the residents are always welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed rescuing Horseshoe Crabs every morning. The only things was we thought one room had a queen bed. Maybe some updates to descriptions and photos to to VRBO page :-) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, and any feedback for us……

“This house was an excellent getaway after spending long days at Sports at the Beach. It was quiet and relaxing and even my 11 year old said he enjoyed it. The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. My 6 year old loved to see the deer and babies in the yard. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to have a quiet getaway while still being close to plenty to do. ”

“Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view.
