“We only stayed for one night but the Whitestone was quiet and contained all the amenities we required. Loved the gas fireplace that warmed us up on the wet stormy night we arrived.”

Bring extra toilet paper and dishwasher powder if you are staying more than a couple of days as only 3 loo rolls and a small amount of powder is supplied and not replaced during your stay. Shackleton restaurant had excellent staff and nice food but wouldn’t go there again unless they can fix the smoke coming into the restaurant from the fire place. We felt like we had smoked a packet of cigarettes, our clothes smelled and eyes burned. Felt sorry……
