“Very nice room, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a downstairs room with a sliding door and a nice little sitting area right on the other side of the hedges was the beach just a walk through the pool area and you’re on the sand.”

“What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Melbourne Beach. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room, food outstanding. We stayed in the Sunrise room for our 40th anniversary and had wonderful views of the sunrise each morning we were there. The social hour in the afternoon was nice added touch with some great food and drinks after a day at the beach. Can't wait to go back!”

“What a cute place! It’s a gem. Breakfast was tasty. The room was so comfortable- we didn’t want to leave. We borrowed bikes and rode to the beach and around the area. Good restaurants nearby too. Highly recommend!”

“Hosts are wonderful, attentive and thoughtful! Location is amazing near Riverside Park and the Beach, great shops and delicious restaurants and coffee shops. The house is spacious and very light. While the third bedroom is a little small, it is very usable and has its own closet. The outdoors is perfect with a big sliding glass door to an inviting patio with fireplace and propane grill. We felt right at home!”
