“We like this place because it is close to friends who live in barefoot bay. It is perfect for us. I was a little disappointed about the cleaning fee. We didn't really use the stove. We left the place as clean as possible. We were only there three nights and mostly just slept and showered. I do like it very much!!!”

“I just returned from a stay in Sebastian at River Rentals. The room was extremely nice, it was immaculately clean, very beachy pretty decor. Location was great, just across from the river, restaurants in walking distance and ability to walk along the water. The Tiki bar across street had live entertainment and was enjoyable to hear when outside but I didn’t notice it when in the room. Host was very engaged to ensure my stay was good. I had to reach out at check in and had no issues contacting……

“The stay was short and sweet. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The space was clean, well kept, and all was as advertised. It was exactly what we were looking for our short overnight stay. In case you are wondering, the apartment is inside an extended stay hotel. “My wife and I decided last second we had to get away for the weekend. We came across Tranquility and their beautiful property, saw they were pet friendly and we were sold!
