“First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.”

“The hosts were very accommodating. We’re always there. They answered the phone quickly and offered us more than we asked for. I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end.”

“While the online pics always look great, you never know what you're getting until you show up. The Hotel is so much better than the pics. “We like this place because it is close to friends who live in barefoot bay. It is perfect for us. I was a little disappointed about the cleaning fee. We didn't really use the stove. “The stay was short and sweet. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The space was clean, well kept, and all was as advertised. It was exactly what we were looking for our short overnight stay. In case you are wondering, the apartment is inside an extended stay hotel.
