“This house unit is the ground floor of a duplex. The owner lives upstairs, but is nowhere to be seen. Very quiet. The whole pool and lanai and propane grill was left to ourselves. It almost like having your own home by the ocean. It's a bargain. We had ten people stay and it was quite comfortable. There's plenty of room. It was very clean and tidy. We had a wonderful vacation.”

“The condo is exquisite and just as described. If you like cozy and upscale quarters, you will be very happy here. The location is wonderful, as you are right across from the river and easily can go out to bars, restaurants and entertainment. There is a Tiki bar right across from the condo with live music, but they stop at a decent time for you to get a good nights rest. All the amenities in the condo are as described.
