“The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. The Melia Orlando took my card for incidentals while they checked on the VRBO reservation, then charged me without consent or permission. I can't……

“My family and I had an amazing experience here. For the first time in a long time, I wasn't ready to leave. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and in a prime location. Great bang for the buck. It was truly a home a way from home. I enjoyed spending each morning and evening on the balcony. The pool and bar was undergoing renovations but they were accommodating by providing a shuttle to the neighboring pool and bar. 10/10! I highly recommend. I will definitely choose this spot for future stays.”
