“This property is quaint and charming. So clean and bright! I loved the hard wood floors, fireplace, and orange leather sectional! Want to ship it home to me, it's so comfy! The location is steps from all of my favorite places, the Foxtail Coffee Company in the Melby Hotel, the Crepe du France Place, Meg O'Malley's, and a new favorite for brunch/lunch, the Backwater! Just a short drive to the beach, and easy access to all main roads! It was a please to stay here!”

“Communication was easy. Place was clean. Host was nice. The only thing I’d improve is have towels and toiletries stocked and available in the bathroom. Will stay again.”

“This was our second stay while visiting our daughter in college nearby. We love the view of the river, watching the sunrise and dolphins from the dock, walking to the nearby park and sitting for a while on a bench (we saw a manatee this time!) and being able to walk/run daily in the neighborhood and over the causeway. Nice place to relax when we aren't out exploring the area.”

“I stayed here for 1 night out of the 3 I reserved. The VRBO was not cleaned, there was the last people stuff still scattered around, plus nothing was wiped down. The toilet was covered in pee. Not to forget that we saw 3 roaches in the short amount of time we were there. Also i didn't get my cleaning deposits back even after i told the host all of these things. Worst VRBO ever!!”

“We have stayed here twice in March. The house has character and history, which we enjoy. The front lawn that goes down to the Indian River is a wonderful place to spend a quiet morning before going out. The dolphins always produce a good water ballet and the water birds are fascinating! Our only criticism about the unit we stayed in (both times) was the uncomfortable two-cushion sofa. Everything else was clean and provided all the tools and appliances we needed to make a few simple meals,……
