“Property is beautiful. The walk around the lake to the island was my favorite. My daughter and I were here for a volleyball tournament. Check in was easy. Staff was always friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back in the future. ”

“Great clean property in a good location to everything Orlando has to offer. A few minor negatives. We arrived at check in time and they were still cleaning the condo. Sat in the hallway for 15 minutes to wait for them to finish. No major deal and happy to have a clean place but definitely inconvenient. Second, annoying that I had to buy toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap. These have always seems to be standard in VRBO’s but maybe I’ve been fortunate previously. Regardless, I would definitely……

“Had an amazing stay here. Apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Kids loved the pool area. Husband loved the proximity of a craft beer bar (which also served lovely bar snacks). Location was fantastic for the Universal parks and Sea World/Aquatica. Host was very helpful and replied very promptly with any questions we had. We had a couple of slight maintenance issues whilst there but these were very minor and were dealt with by the management company exceptionally quickly……

“If you wanna go to SeaWorld, it is the best place to stay. It is right down the road from the park right down the road from Publix right down the road from basic restaurants, clean friendly, neighbors, beautiful setting beds are a little hard but everything else is perfect.”

“We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. ”

“This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. Not to mention……
