“The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. “This property was perfect for our family and our trip.It's roomy enough so you're not on top of each other. Having two bedrooms made it easier to get our son to sleep when he needed to. “What a cute house! It was overwhelming obvious that the homeowner has a love for making everyone feel welcome. They had a welcome card for my service dog Patton with little treats. There were a dozen toys for him to play with and the cutest backyard area for him to do his business. The location was perfect for what we needed. The beach was right over the causeway, there was a poker room 10 minutes away and minutes from the family that we were visiting. We slept 5 plus Patton very comfortably.……

“This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. ”
