“We were looking for easy access to the ocean and this was very easy walking distance to the beach. The property was unassuming from the outside, but the house was clean and comfortable. There was no oven or grill and we had trouble getting the induction stove to work, so ended up ordering in on the night we planned to cook. I’ve stayed in houses that provided all the extras and this was very “bare bones” in comparison, but at the end of day, the goal was a clean place to stay with easy access to……

“One block to the river to kayak among dolphins and manatees - three block to the ocean for sand, sun, and surf. Nice private cottage tucked away on a side street - Jacki was an excellent host, so helpful, and had all the little extras that make for a great stay.”

“My husband and I had some business in the area and this condo was the perfect way to start the day with beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the balcony. We also enjoyed the walks on the beach and the large amounts of shells on the beach.The condo was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and I especially loved all of the plants sprinkled around that made it feel so homey. The host was continuously in contact so if there were any issues or questions they were quick to help.The seawall……

“The WiFi connection was bad and the door lock didn’t work. Also, the thermostat was frozen at 74. No air conditioning. ”

“My family and I were just staying for the weekend before we headed over to Disney World. Great location! Right across the street from public beach access. Very private even though it’s apart of a duplex. Not the cleanest but not the dirtiest either. we would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“Atlantic view was beautiful. Condo was extremely clean, great size living room, so many amenities (soap, shampoo, paper towel, laundry soap, seasonings, olive oil…), plenty of chairs on the deck, lots of parking available. Suggestions- add a bath mat and reopen the beach access ”
