“Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. It was actually more spacious than we expected, especially the bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed. If you are planning to use it more extensively during your stay, small additional items may be needed, but all the necessities are there. The check out instructions were extremely simple and not excessive. Nicole messaged during our stay to ensure everything was going well and remained available if we needed her. My family has already said……

“We liked the friendliness of the folks around us. Once we got used to the the streets and how they changed names we were able to navigate around without trouble. At first though we got lost quite often. There weren't enough towels and wash cloths and the kitchen faucet had a broken faucet nut which we had to fix ourselves a couple of times. Other than that it was a most comfortable abode and we are glad that we rented it. ”

“My husband and I ended up choosing this place because it was closer to MCO. The majority of our trip down to Florida was in the Sarasota area, but we didn’t wanna drive that far with having a 5 AM flight. So we chose this little place so we can relax and get to our flight on time. Upon entry, it was clean and organized. It wasn’t cluttered with anything. It was simple and just what we needed. ”
