“We’ve stayed in Avon Park 3 times. All of our stays were good, but this one was the best. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly to messages and texts!”

“Very well done 2 floor apartment. Bedrooms & 1 bath are upstairs, ½ bath, living, and kitchen downstairs. It is fresh, clean, and newly renovated. The location is perfect because you can walk a block to the main circle of Sebring, or walk across the street to start walking around the lake. We were super pleased with this wonderful little spot. As a race team, we will keep this bookmarked for future stays. Please note as an FYI, laundry facilities are on premises, not inside the apartment - but……

“The condo itself was great! The resort hot tub was not hot 1/3 of the time. So disappointing the days it was only warm. ”

“It was a cute, clean and well kept Apt. that had plenty of toiletries and the little things you might need. There is a nice size kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and has a private entrance. Natacha responds quickly to questions and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything. I would definitely stay here again when in Lakeland.”

“Nice little place to stay for a few days. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Modern decor is easy on the eyes. Everything was neat and clean. The pillows on the bed are too hard to be comfortable for sleep but there are softer ones in the closet. The coffee bar could use a press on /off light under the shelf. The air dryer bearings are failing so device needs replacement. Overall a solid 9/10”

I would most definitely stay here again! Communication, cleanliness and area was amazing! I don’t have any complaints at all! This is def a must stay place! ”
