“Planned a weekend getaway to see the waterski show downtown. Decided to VRBO instead of a hotel and this place was an excellent choice! The cottage is so charming, cozy, and comfortable. “This was the cheapest condo we could find for our stay. It was a bit further away from the parks ( about 1 hour ). There was no checking in onsite communication went through email. The condo looked great and clean but we had several issues. The most important issues where a stuck balcony door and not working airco. “Family owned and operated rentals, they have several in the area. Was such a cute and cozy little stay. Quiet area very conveniently located to everything you need. Was here for a volleyball tournament so really just needed it for a place to shower and rest and it was perfect for just that! Ran into a few hiccups when we got there but I contacted the host and they responded and corrected it super fast! Super nice and responsive host, will definitely stay in one of their rentals again! ”

“Overall, it was great for the price we paid. Property manager was easy to work with and communication was always timely. Location was not ideal for our needs but we made it work. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking was great making unloading and loading a breeze. We never did figure out the TV. “1 would like to place a complaint. There was a foul smell in the house upon arriving. Last night we had looked around to see if we could find the smell but nothing was found. My husband opened the microwave, attempting to heat his left overs and he found a tray of food with mold. It clearly has been there for a while. We were unable to use the microwave.
