“After booking instantly, the host messaged me apologizing that the booking is not available and blamed Vrbo for their calendar issue. The host was friendly at first. “Cozy Haven exceeded my expectations! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Photos don't do it justice. “This unit is wonderful. We traveled to Winter Haven to take our son to Legoland, so the king bed and bunk beds were perfect for us. The unit is such an upgrade over a hotel experience and Christian is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful throughout our planning and stay.”

“This was the cheapest condo we could find for our stay. It was a bit further away from the parks ( about 1 hour ). There was no checking in onsite communication went through email. The condo looked great and clean but we had several issues. The most important issues where a stuck balcony door and not working airco. “Dishwasher was disconnected and had molded damprid in it. Property smelled funky, had roaches. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds weve ever slept in. Kitchen was poorly equipped to be able to be functioning. Full size coffee maker but no coffee. A heads up wouldve been nice, we woudve brought our own coffe had we known. The condo served a purpose, but couldve been more user friendly and inviting ”
