“Instructions to access the unit were clear and concise. Perfect for 2 people, very clean, and pretty quiet location except for the occasional late night train. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Winter Haven. ”

“This was an emergency booking, made the night we needed lodging. The host was amazing and so thorough as she took extra steps to get us checked in quickly after a long day of travel and mishaps. The location is convenient to the downtown area with several great little eating/coffee spots nearby. The beds were comfortable, the home was neat and tidy and clean. We were so pleased with our stay.”

“this place was very clean lots of room. we rented to get away from mobile home during hurricane. the electric went out but we luckily had flashlights and lunchmeat and bread lol ”

It was close to stores and easy to get to places we need to go. I love it and would definitely come back everything about. It was just perfect for us. “No surprises, all was as advertised. Clean and quiet. Other than a vague dog bark on the first night, didn’t hear a sound while I was there.It’s a relatively small space, which worked well for me, but personally I’d feel cramped if a spouse or partner were joining me.The kitchen was stocked, although I didn’t avail myself of any of it. Only thing I used was the full-sized refrigerator.I’d be a little concerned about staying there during the summer, as the heating/cooling unit on the wall……

“The place had advertised that there was air conditioning, but there was no way to control it from the room we had, and the guy next door after the host explained to me that he was supposed to keep it at 70 degrees, but he refused to, leaving the room hot and unmanageable. Then, coming to the house from our day at Disney, the guy in the main part of the house was outside in the driveway smoking dope, so my kids had a horrible experience with it, too.”
