“This was the second time we stayed here, we love the villa and the pool. It is located in a very quiet community and lots of restaurants and grocery stores are very close by. Perfect stay for families who love a pool home.”

“20th year for golf trip, we are 55 - 75 yrs old, stayed in many different houses over the years. Cleanliness, comfort, working hot tub and grill very important. This house was perfect, no bunk beds, comfortable for all 8 of us.Issues found, no night stands in bedrooms to place phone on. Gated community, getting through gate especially on weekends is an issue, traffic backs up. Hot tub failed one evening, contacted management, tech arrived 8 am next day, issue resolved. We liked this house so……

It is also close to the main routes in the area and ideal for the main attractions around Orlando. Being close to the I4, we found it was great for getting down to Clearwater to see our friends. “The property was in a great location for Orlando and all Disney parks. Fat enough out that it was a relaxing holiday and close enough it wasn’t a track to get to parks etc. perfect for us. The golf course at Southern Dunnes is excellent and really well looked after. The villa on 8th hole was added bonus for us as we enjoyed watching golfs as we relaxed in the sun. We will be back for sure. ”

“It’s was a great home just as advertised..I will say as had to keep capturing and releasing lizards from inside of the home…..we was barely there but when we was no door was left open so the lizards are actually finding another way in the home.”
