“Instructions to access the unit were clear and concise. Perfect for 2 people, very clean, and pretty quiet location except for the occasional late night train. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Winter Haven. ”

“After booking instantly, the host messaged me apologizing that the booking is not available and blamed Vrbo for their calendar issue. The host was friendly at first. After numerous attempts to have the host refund me, they refused and wanted me to cancel instead. The policy has no refunds for cancelation. Vrbo eventually gave me back my money. Would never book from this host ever again.”

“This was an emergency booking, made the night we needed lodging. The host was amazing and so thorough as she took extra steps to get us checked in quickly after a long day of travel and mishaps. The location is convenient to the downtown area with several great little eating/coffee spots nearby. The beds were comfortable, the home was neat and tidy and clean. We were so pleased with our stay.”

“No surprises, all was as advertised. Clean and quiet. Other than a vague dog bark on the first night, didn’t hear a sound while I was there.It’s a relatively small space, which worked well for me, but personally I’d feel cramped if a spouse or partner were joining me.The kitchen was stocked, although I didn’t avail myself of any of it. Only thing I used was the full-sized refrigerator.I’d be a little concerned about staying there during the summer, as the heating/cooling unit on the wall……

“This was such a great place to stay. Very clean, very comfortable, safe, with everything we could need. Host is gracious and communicative. We were visiting family, but the location can't be beat for Legoland, restaurants, etc. A bonus was the first floor ease of accessibility. Would definitely stay again.”
