“Family owned and operated rentals, they have several in the area. Was such a cute and cozy little stay. Quiet area very conveniently located to everything you need. Was here for a volleyball tournament so really just needed it for a place to shower and rest and it was perfect for just that! Ran into a few hiccups when we got there but I contacted the host and they responded and corrected it super fast! Super nice and responsive host, will definitely stay in one of their rentals again! ”

“The information for check in was scarce, and a few phone calls were needed, only to find out that the property was not cleaned, and the host didnt follow up prior to our check in until it was too late and we arrived. The were also 16 stairs you needed to carry your luggage up to the first floor and then another 20 to get to the bedrooms and laundry. The walls were paper thin also!”

“It was a cute, clean and well kept Apt. that had plenty of toiletries and the little things you might need. There is a nice size kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and has a private entrance. Natacha responds quickly to questions and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything. I would definitely stay here again when in Lakeland.”

“Nice little place to stay for a few days. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. Modern decor is easy on the eyes. Everything was neat and clean. The pillows on the bed are too hard to be comfortable for sleep but there are softer ones in the closet. The coffee bar could use a press on /off light under the shelf. The air dryer bearings are failing so device needs replacement. Overall a solid 9/10”

“Everything about the place was very dated, like back in the 70's. The bed was uncomfortable, felt like the box had no support in the middle. Some of the small kitchen appliances shouldn't have been there as they were old and sticky-dirty. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication. We had no issues whatsoever. Incredibly reasonable price. Location was great for exploring Lakeland area. Highly recommend.”
