“This was an ideal place for me. My daughter and family live in Mulberry and so I was only 5 minutes away. The property was comfortable and had every amenity…even pool toys for the local pool which was just a short walk away, which my grandchildren enjoyed. Lovely master bedroom suite, and two bathrooms came in very handy. Kevin was very attentive when we had a question. I will hope to return next time I visit the family. ”

“Four family members stayed at this property with a goal to visit our Mother at a Lakeland Assisted Living facility. From the moment of booking to checkout, the experience was perfect. Kevin answered every question and request within minutes. The condo was very clean and very well stocked with essentials. We are looking forward to renting with Kevin again in the future.”

“We had an amazing stay. The room was clean, spacious. Breakfast was excellent. People on the property very kind. Only one thing…. They could have the hall ways a little more neat. Everything was very clean - gym restroom, breakfast area…. Except the carpet of the hall ways. Will stay there again!”

“The only thing that I did not like about this property is the water pressure hard to take a shower very low pressure in the water and the cleaning lady didn't clean the floors enough times little Dusty but otherwise all in all I would rent it again yes comfortable quiet very good hard to rinse but otherwise very nice area very nice area”
