“The house was great! It was plenty spacious and was close enough to the softball fields for the Spring Games. Nothing beats having your own dock especially if you like to fish. Nelson, the property contact, was also super responsive. We needed paper towels and he had them delivered within minutes. The only down fall was after being there for one night, enjoying the fire pit and patio, there was a swarm of bugs that hatched and took over the garage port,entry way and patio grounds. It made……

“A very nice house located extremely close to Legoland. The house kept eight of us with room to spare. Any questions I had for the owner during my stay were answered with almost an immediate response. ”

“This house is eclectic, with unique bedrooms and decor. Our grandkids range from 6 to 15 and all were excited to stay there. The only real issue was that the pool turned green during our stay (pollen likely contributed). The response to my call was prompt and addressed the problem although the water stayed cloudy for the entire stay.We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return.”

“No surprises, all was as advertised. Clean and quiet. Other than a vague dog bark on the first night, didn’t hear a sound while I was there.It’s a relatively small space, which worked well for me, but personally I’d feel cramped if a spouse or partner were joining me.The kitchen was stocked, although I didn’t avail myself of any of it. Only thing I used was the full-sized refrigerator.I’d be a little concerned about staying there during the summer, as the heating/cooling unit on the wall……

“Instructions to access the unit were clear and concise. Perfect for 2 people, very clean, and pretty quiet location except for the occasional late night train. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Winter Haven. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Pool is nice and the view and birds behind pool (on lake) are amazing. Loved listening to them before bed and waking up to them. Bunnies bouncing around was so cute also. ”
