“We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully set up with two master bedrooms and it overlooks a pond where you will see many animals like ducks, turtles and many birds. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was also good near so many places to eat and 5 minute drive to the beach and it allows dogs which was so fun to watch them play in the ocean! We will definitely be back. ”

“The apartment was well-decorated and updated. We had all the comforts of home but felt like we were at the beach. The king sized bed was super comfy! We loved the private patio and outdoor chairs for morning coffee. Everything worked fine. Check in and out was super easy. Very clean space. Literally a very short 3 minute walk to the Atlantic side of the island and 9 minutes to the river side. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. ”

“Extremely satisfied. My wife and I have owned a home not far from here in Sebastian, and have family 1 hr south of here. We love stopping at Capt Hirams for lunch or dinner on the way home. I found this location that offered a more low key, short walk away from some of our favorite hang outs. “Wasn't clearly stated it was a duplex, did not effect our stay. However owner of the property was there when we arrived and felt like he was lurking around a bit, not that we were doing anything wrong, just felt a little odd and kinda an invasion of privacy.”

“Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall”

“Though it is an old property with never ending items that could be updated, we’ve chosen to embrace home/property’s character and history and flow with it…tho the dock fishing was disappointing for the men folk, sighting the daily dolphins and the view was magnificent! And the hosts are the best!”

“Property is located in a great neighborhood. Loved the room. The lattice windows let the breeze in even when closed but during the time I was there it was not a problem. The property manager was amazing. He answered all messages promptly and was actually at the property checking on things. Great experience ”

“Condo was super cute, very clean and described well; no surprises. The entry code didn’t work when coming in but the owner responded quickly and it was resolved in minutes. Excellent communication; we would absolutely stay again. ”

“My wife and I decided last second we had to get away for the weekend. We came across Tranquility and their beautiful property, saw they were pet friendly and we were sold! We lost service to the TV late one night and the customer service was outstanding. Didn't mind at all being late and had it back up in seconds. My wife and I along with our two Boston's will definitely be back! And yes the coffee as mention in the guest book was incredible! ”
