“Perfect for two people. Right on the water. The only thing I would mention is that there is no stove or balcony but there is a slider that overlooks the water. Great place! Would definitely go back! ”

“The house was perfect for our family of 10. We appreciated the safety features of the completely gated pool area and the door alarms. The house was very spacious and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the utensils etc that you would ever need. The beach is literally steps away and the viewing deck was enjoyed by all. The beach front is beautiful and very clean. The tennis/pickleball court was perfect for after dinner fun…. there is plenty of outdoor……

“We enjoyed our stay. The weather was great and the pool was an asset. There should be some clean up of leaves as they get blown back in the pool. Older pool equipment that is just laying beside the house needs to be tossed or put into a storage bin. All in all it’s in a quiet neighborhood and would stay again if in Florida. ”

“The property was great. It’s always a wonderful surprise to have extras provided by your host. Not only was the property decorated perfectly, there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available for us in all the bathrooms! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed!The 5th bedroom with trundle bed is more like a closet, but works for kids. Mattresses could use some updating, but other than that it was a tremendous, relaxing trip!”

“Townhome is a little weathered but great location — short walk to the beach. It’s in a section of Indialantic with a very long and quiet stretch of beach. Restaurants in main part of town are a short walk away. Neighborhood across the street was nice and safe for a leisurely bicycle ride. Joanie addressed minor concerns quickly. ”
