“Casa is the very best place to stay in Sousa 5star ! The hosts Saskia and Marc are so hospitable, warm and friendly! Your stay will be so relaxing and and very comfortable in the cleanest place there is! No need to worry about the water as everything is certified as safe water at Casa 21! They have the friendliest staff that always have a smile and are very attentive! It has been the best vacation we have ever had!! ”

“The property is well maintained. The workers who take care of landscaping and plants are doing an amazing job. However; they should improve in things like bringing drinking water, toilet paper, taking care of trash in a timely manner; the wait time after we asked for a drinking water, and toilet paper and a pair of fresh towels was four hours…. What makes them get those necessities in such a long time? Also, they should continue being nice and polite after the customer said their firm “no” to……

“El lugar no es nada como se ve en las fotos. Ni siquiera presenta que hay que pasar un puente para ir a los restaurantes. La playa es horrible, el área al rededor del hotel es fatal. Y para completar, Expedía me cobró el doble de lo que costaba la habitación. El precio del hotel era $ 85 y Expedía me cobró $ 201. Traté de comunicarme con expedía para que me dieran una explicación sobre eso, y según ellos, no podían hacer nada.”

“Couple things were a problem but were resolved. Wish the hot tub worked because we had lots of lounging around time due to lack of wind for kitesurfing! Otherwise it was a nice place in a great location. ”

Overall the decor..space..amenities of the property makes this vacation one you would definitely want to experience. Unfortunately the beds were quite hard to get a very comfortable night rest but we were there for my birthday celebration so that proved to be a minir hiccup. Would definitely return for a seco d trip ! Pictures are in point ! ”
