“Nice hotel in a great location, walkable downtown, However parking is very limited, the rooms are rather small think cruise ship small, and it is very loud. We were in room 10 and could hear everything outside and downstairs including the snow plow all night long. ”

“The service was not top notch for the price. Family pool was too small. Spa lacked a sauna and steam and had a small waiting area. We liked the overall ambiance, charming main lobby and outdoor shower in the room. The room overall was good. But other than the person at checkout who was great, we did not feel the other service people were excited to have us there. ”

“My wife and I stayed at the Grasshopper Inn, and had one of the best hotel experiences out of all of our trips so far. The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and quite new. The rooms were comfortable, large, and quiet. And we had convenient parking with a reserved space. However, the highlight of our experience was the customer service. “This was my first long vacation I have done. First off, the host was amazing! Very good communication and very helpful. My family doesn’t like to leave a place dirty and we went to the beach a lot. I asked if it was possible to get a bigger broom & mop and she ordered them for us to use while we were there. This is also in a quiet spot on the strip. Overall was a fantastic spot to stay with a great host. If I could tweak a few minor things: water pressure is good but not strong. One other tweak……
