“The apartment was beautiful, very clean and brand new. It has everything you need in kitchen. The staff at the check in was very welcoming. I only want to point out a thing here, my 2 yrs old boy while playing on the water park for kids he pooped on his diaper, things/accidents happens, and for every person with toddlers Im sure they know what Im talking about, the safe guard covered her nose, in a very rude manner and he started to tell everybody and they all laughed. “They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal”

“The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. ”

“O hotel é excelente para ficar com a família, perto de tudo, acomodação novas cozinha completa, a única coisa que tenho a dizer, é que depois de um dia de parque ter uma banheira para relaxar seria perfeito. Mais isso não influência na qualidade do hotel.”

“This is a duplex and the pool out back was good but you do share with the next door attached duplex but we never saw the other people. Had some problems with the TVs. The one in the main room and the smaller bedroom were Roku but only one Roku remote. The TV in the master bedroom didn't seem to have any connections to be able to use.One afternoon returning from Universal, there was a couple fixing the loose netting around the pool and cleaning the pool but were there until after 8pm which held……

“We loved how close this property is to Universal Orlando! It made it so much easier to get to City Walk, and the Universal theme parks. We used the water taxi from Lowes Portifino and it was a wonderful trip! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We are very pleased with our stay at this condo, we all loved it. ”
