“We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. It is a who cares complaint unless it is 2am. Finally, with the fantastic location comes plenty of street noise. Despite a few minor frustrations, I would recommend the……

“URI Family Weekend. 4 Adults. Cute house. Other reviews were very accurate. Perfect size for us. Great location for our plans in Narragansett / Wakefield area. Only 20 min to downtown Newport. House we very clean. Beds comfortable. The Hosts left a nice basket with snacks and a few beers from Whalers. Very thoughtful. There is a nice deck in the backyard with a grill which we did not have time to take advantage of. Would definitely stay again. We felt at home.”
