“This hotel is in an excellent location, walkable to restaurants and major attractions. The room was comfortable, quality linens, good toiletries. *NOTE: there is no coffee maker in the room. The staff is excellent with the exception of the waiter in charge of the restaurant. We asked to move to another table and he rudely refused. He needs training in customer service. Because of him, we chose not to eat in the restaurant for the remainder of our stay, even though we had a 20% discount.”
