“This is a beautiful facility with well cared gardening. I enjoyed the stay very much. Staff members are very friendly. Hot water comes quick. The site is in walking distance to downtown and water front. Very convenient. ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden is close by. “The only pro is its location, right at the harborfront area with numerous restaurant/ bars nearby. The quality of this hotel is really well below standard. This hotel is always crowded, so if you booked more than 1 room, do not expect the rooms will be nearby or even on the same floor even you have requested in your reservation. “The property is great and staff are friendly. There is a shopping centre within walking distance that is really handy. My only issue this visit was the outside noise at night. We were on the 2nd floor so this might not have helped. It is close to where my sister lives so very convenient. Have stayed here a few times and will again on my next visit.”
