“I believe she was the general manager her name is Ms. Lysa Young. I had not been able to see my family in a while she really made the experience so wonderful. I would also like to recognize a Mrs.Bobbi Tarner she was a wonderful housekeeper who was understanding when I explained that one of the siblings requires help with some needs and that I apologize in for having to do extra vacuuming some. And in true fashion of a veterans in customer service Bobbie and Lysa both having such great attitude……
