“Nice location just off the highway and on the beach. Though beach was rough but beautiful. Our family of 5 shared the 2 bedroom and it was huge! Beds were amazingly comfy. The pull out could use an update but was actually comfy. Place was a bit queen down but very clean. I would recommend. ”

“The staff was very friendly and the location was amazing right on the beach. Parking was nice in the covered parking lot. The best was the daily room cleaning service. Everything was always nicely folded and cleaned with new towels everyday. Would definitely want to come here again”

“We have visited Kauai many times and stayed in a different property each visit. This studio has definitely been our favorite. Not only was it spotlessly clean, roomy, perfectly appointed, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood relatively close to everything you might need, being able to sit on the lanai to watch the turtles (and a huge school of fish - slightly less visible) was incredible. At any one time we saw no less that 7 turtles, either sunning on the rocks or swimming in the channel, AND……

“We loved and always love our stay on princeville. It’s in a prime location and Mari was extraordinarily helpful. The beds are super comfy, the shower was hot and the condo was entirely functional (aside from the dryer) That said there is LOT to improve the quality of this condo. The lanai is super dirty, the pool equipment was rusty and filthy - we didn’t use it. Both bedroom are in good shape, while some of the drawers don’t open or have bottoms. The refrigerator is 30 years old but works well……

“Comfortable beds and overall nice. The bathroom door doesnt really shut easily and we couldn't access the washer and dryer because the door garage keypad didnt have up or down arrows like the instructions stated. We did find one cockriach under the kitchen sink but i think thats pretty common for the area. ”
