“We booked this property because it was close to Barnes Jewish Hospital. We were there for a friends surgery. The check in process was simple and easy. Very polite people. An Applebee's is attached to the hotel, so that was convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was nice. I like a roomy shower, and it was perfect. ”

“Very clean and spacious room and property. Food options were located very close in the casino. Staff was very friendly, especially at the restaurant that I ate at. The floor that my room was located on (10) did have a bit of a smoke smell. My room did not. The rest of the property also didn’t have a smoke smell. Very pleased with my visit. ”

“Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.”

“The property was very nice however, my main kudos goes to the staff. There was a plumbing issue. They got me to another room and will refund a one night‘s stay”

“We requested a room with a view of the Arch. The accommodation was made easily and we had a partial view. The room, King bed, was appropriatly furnished with excellent amenities. The staff from the front desk to the valet were all excellent. They went above and beyond on every request made of them.”
