“Check-in process was a complete invasion of privacy. Their required invasion process was not disclosed to me when I booked. They offered no work around and refused to refund my money. This is a complete scam and fraud that was perpetrated on me. You will hear more from me on this crime. ”

“The premises is spotless. The gym and pool are above par. Very well maintained. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious and clean. The kitchen was supplied with cleaning products and trash bags and paper towels. Close to everything you need and want. Shopping, dining, casino, arena, stadium. And the host was quick to respond to our questions. Excellent experience! Thank you! kB!”

“Beautiful property. perfect for a group of 8! ... There were minor problems with communication. Information was not clear. Had to call to clarify on entry into property using lockpad. Code was incomplete. I guess they assumed we would know how to complete the code to gain entry. Also, WiFi password what not available to us till we called to get it hours later. I think that information should be readily available on arrival. I suggest they should work on correcting these two simple issues, which……
