“Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card.”

“Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. “レセプションの対応も良くチェックイン時刻前でしたが、すぐに部屋の用意をしてくれて助かりました。 部屋の居心地は必要なものがきちんとそろっていてとてもいいです。冷房も細かく設定できるので自分で適温に調整できます。 建物全体は一見きれいなのですが、部屋の中の細かいメンテナンスが出来ていないようで、スイッチの一部が壊れていたりします。そういうことを気にしない方なら気楽に滞在できていいと思います。 スタッフも真面目でフレンドリーだったし、全体的に快適に過ごせました”

“Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower.”

“Entrance to the hotel is bit of a hassle. Room was untidy and the wifi super-slow. Water from shower comes very less. The view was nice”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Room had a good view, includes fridge, plenty of storage & quiet enough to sleep. Door has a peep hole cover and a strong door bolt in addition to the lock! Please include small hand towels, hangers in cupboard. Pre-set TV channels & provide only 1 remote. No one has time to decipher TV settings. ”

“You get what you pay for in india . At the same time, this place didn’t even offer a bar of soap in the bathroom, nor any towels. For a blanket at night i used 2 thin beach towels . Not to mention that my room had the scent of a sewer at 2 in the morning ”

“New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more.”

“Great Stay, do think they need to Europeanise some of their breakfast items, Love curry but Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner gets a bit too spicy for me. Friendly staff, great Massage organised by hotel. Pool area could do with bit of TLC and more sun loungers. The room was superb and comfortable big bed. They have the potential to really ramp this up, so not being critical just constructive.”
