“I do not recommend NOVA. All foreigners when you call in…nice but hard to understand Kitchen has bare minimum. 1 roll of paper towels and TP. 2 dishwasher pods. Had to buy more for 12 day stay. All rules and regulations are not put in Expedia rules guide when booking Pool was not heated even though I paid 385.00, 2 weeks in advance. I had to text a message vs a call to try to resolve. They claimed that the pool was heated but it was not and so you pay for heat but they don’t actually heat……

“The place is good, but there came a time when we felt uncomfortable, because they did not guide you well and everything you needed to know about the place. Whatever we did due to lack of orientation, they threatened us that it couldn't be done and we had to call the police. We felt intimidated during our stay. We also couldn't use the attractions, swimming pool, parks of the place because the check in of the house was different from that of the surroundings and there was a discrepancy on the……
